Nowhere is sensitive data more concentrated than during the discovery—where vast amounts of valuable information, information worth litigating over, is gathered and culled down to the most critical documents.

But it’s not just hackers who put client data at risk. A vulnerable outside partner, an insecure, unvetted platform, a rushed team working with incredibly complex (and incredibly confusing) software—any of these things can result in a disaster.
