Craig Ball and Tom O'Connor have periodically challenged eDiscovery service providers to handle a low budget case to evidence standards (EDna and Ernie tests).  Here, Tom O'Connor and Don Swanson approach the midrange license of Microsoft Office 365, the E3 license, to determine what capabilities exist for an organization to process and review in place.  E5 licenses, at a premium, are generally used for eDiscovery, so this survey has the potential to illuminate budget/benefit tradeoffs.  A link to the survey is included in Tom O's guest post on Bob Ambrogi's Lawsites blog. Open until mid October 2018.
