RICOH Hires eDiscovery Expert, Attorney Eric P. Mandel
Discovery Law, Information Governance Expert to Serve as RICOH Director of eDiscovery
Solutions Architecture

HOUSTON, March 28, 2017  Ricoh USA, Inc. today announced Eric P. Mandel as Director of Solutions Architecture for the eDiscovery group. Mandel will lead the solutions architects as they continue to align closely with Ricoh’s innovative eDiscovery solutions. He will also serve as a thought leader in the legal field with a focus on educating stakeholders on eDiscovery, information governance and other related topics.

“Eric’s deep understanding of the eDiscovery process combined with his years of experience providing legal advice and consulting services, managing teams and processes, and providing direct client support makes him a valuable asset at Ricoh,” said David Greetham, Vice President, eDiscovery Sales and Operations at Ricoh. “I’m confident that Eric will successfully lead the eDiscovery Solutions Architecture team as they develop solutions that include not only the latest technology, but also the expertise needed to manage our clients’ vital information.”

Mandel was a clear choice for the position given his expertise and leadership in eDiscovery and information governance. Mandel currently serves in leadership roles on The Sedona Conference Working Group 1, the Legal Technology Professionals Institute and the ACEDS Twin Cities chapter. Mandel is also a sought-after public speaker and renowned author of papers on eDiscovery, the Federal Rules, legal ethics, and more.
