Robin Thompson, CEDS | President

Robin is Vice-President of Marketing at Business Intelligence Associates, headquartered in New York. She has worked in the legal field since 1974, as a discovery project manager in complex cases at the local and national levels, including work for the plaintiffs’ team in the multidistrict litigation involving silicone breast implants, and previously as a paralegal. Nationally recognized for her record of promoting and educating the e-discovery, RIM and IG communities, she has been active in various associations serving our industry including serving on the Boards of ARMA Houston, ARMA Austin, ARMA Arizona, Women in eDiscovery, ALSP, and AIIM Grand Canyon Chapter. During her tenure as National President of ALSP, membership grew by 45%, according to a 2011 survey by Litigation Support Today before merging with ACEDS in 2013. She has received numerous awards, including ARMA’s Award of Achievement, Ambassador Award and Spirit of Education Award. A frequent speaker on various issues in the governance and legal fields, she received a US Department of Justice Mentor Award, and, in 2014, Robin was honored by the Stevie Awards with a Silver Lifetime Achievement Award for her contributions to the eDiscovery, RIM and Information Governance industries. She will receive her BS/MKT Summa Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University in October of 2015.

Tammy Doss, CEDS | Secretary
Tammy Doss, Secretary, is a highly experienced litigation technology professional who has held director roles in project management, client services, and emerging technologies. She is the Director of Business Development at IPRO, and over the course of her career has been responsible for the establishment of best practices, protocols, procedures, and ongoing training programs.
