Brian Shaw, Sr. Manager, eDiscovery Services, OpenText Discovery
Mr. Shaw has over 10 years of experience in eDiscovery including hands-on management of electronically stored information (ESI) through all aspects of the EDRM lifecycle. Brian has been with Recommind for 6 years and has served as a Project Manager, a Client Services Manager, and most recently, as the Senior Manager of eDiscovery Services where he is responsible for the oversight, development, and success of Recommind’s New York City and Boston based Project Managers and Client Services Managers. During his time at Recommind, Brian has managed over 100 eDiscovery matters, including class-action litigation, FCPA Investigations, and Hart-Scott Rodino Second Requests.
Walker Hartz, Client Services Manager, OpenText Discovery
Mr. Hartz has over 10 years of experience managing technology projects, including 5 years at Recommind. Mr. Hartz is currently a Client Services Manager in the eDiscovery OnDemand division at Recommind where he supervises a team of Project Managers and consults with clients on review workflow best practices. In this role, Mr. Hartz is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budgetary and time constraints with a high level of client satisfaction. Mr. Hartz specializes in large-scale (greater than 3 TB) matters with an emphasis on helping clients to develop effective prioritized review strategies. Prior to becoming a Client Services Manager, Mr. Hartz was a Project Manager with Recommind and managed approximately 50 cases.
Adam Kuhn, Discovery Attorney and Product Marketing Manager, OpenText Discovery
Adam is an eDiscovery attorney and Product Marketing Manager at OpenText Discovery. He holds an advanced certification for the Axcelerate eDiscovery platform and is responsible for research, education and outreach programs. Adam also serves as a Senior Research Fellow at the McCarthy Institute for IP & Technology Law at the University of San Francisco School of Law.
