Cloud computing offers organizations tremendous upside. In addition to the benefits of simplified data storage and cost-effective software, cloud solutions enable collaborative work among widespread team members and partners. While the benefits of cloud computing may seem limitless, the same can also be said of its risks. Enterprise cloud solutions present any number of information retention, litigation, and cross-border data protection challenges. Beyond these challenges lie the problems created from employee use of personal cloud providers. From information security and cybersecurity to litigation readiness and information retention, personal cloud use implicates a range of troubles for enterprises. Come listen to a panel of experts discuss some of the key risks associated with cloud computing and discuss various best practices for addressing the issues.

Topics covered include:

  • The information retention, litigation, and cross-border data protection challenges that enterprise cloud applications present for organizations
  • The cybersecurity and information security risks associated with employee use of personal cloud applications
  • Guidelines for addressing cloud-related risks and for mitigating related harm
