Pamela Hutchins is a senior eDiscovery project manager at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. Pam provides in-house consulting and support with respect to electronic discovery including identification, preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review and production. She has a paralegal degree and received her CEDS certification from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) in 2012. Pam is the Founder and President of the ACEDS Ohio Chapter.

Amy E. Sellars is an Associate General Counsel and Director of Cardinal Health's Discovery Center of Excellence. Previously, Amy led Walmart Legal's Discovery Operations Group, worked for the country's largest midstream oil and gas company, and was an associate at the firm of Crowe & Dunlevy. Amy focuses exclusively on the discovery of electronically stored information across a large docket of litigation and investigations. Amy is a Steering Committee member for The Sedona Conference’s Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production, and a member of the metrics committee of the EDRM. Before becoming an attorney, Amy worked as a theater stage manager and producer, a teacher, and a database designer and administrator for an ed-tech start up. A lifelong lover of narrative, Amy enjoys finding the facts and building the story in the discovery process.

Brett Burney is Principal of Burney Consultants LLC, and focuses the bulk of his time on bridging the chasm between the legal and technology frontiers of electronic discovery. Brett is also very active in the Mac-using lawyer community, working with lawyers who want to integrate Macs, iPhones & iPads into their practice.

Prior to establishing Burney Consultants LLC, Brett spent over 5 years at the law firm of Thompson Hine LLP where he worked with litigation teams in building document databases, counseling on electronic discovery issues, and supporting them at trial. Brett graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2000 and quickly became active in the world of legal technology.

In 2015, Brett Burney served at the Chair of the Planning Board for the annual ABA TECHSHOW ( Brett is the author of the ABA-published book “Macs in Law: The Definitive Guide for the Mac-Curious, Windows-Using Attorney” ( and also posts on the popular Apps in Law blog ( where he reviews apps for the legal community. Daryl is a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young Shinnihon LLP`s Forensic & Integrity Services`s Tokyo office. He has worked in eDiscovery since 2013, primarily as an attorney at large, international law firms. Daryl has direct experience with eDiscovery work at every stage of the EDRM life cycle: Strategy and Planning, Data Collection, Data Processing, Analysis, Document review management and Production, and related Deposition planning, execution and support. He has managed large-scale international projects for antitrust cases (civil and criminal) and other civil litigation, including class actions. Daryl is familiar with the following industries: automotive, material sciences, banking, and logistics. While he is barred in the United States, District of Columbia, he calls Tokyo home.
