The event will be hosted both physically and virtually because we have been living in a completely different world since March of this year. We had expected many changes for 2020, but our wildest expectations were exceeded.

COVID-19 has had a huge impact on the way we work:
- How can you work together effectively from home on big cases?
- How do you deal with cyber risks, because it often concerns the most sensitive data of an organization?
- Can ACM and the EC still do raids?
- Will all data be in a Cloud and how do we deal with it?
In addition, we see that the Dutch Data Protection Authority is becoming increasingly assertive and there are new eDiscovery applications such as the increasingly applied “evidence seizure” and so-called Data Subject Access Requests under the GDPR that
organizations have to deal with. How can lawyers, internal researchers and corporate lawyers best respond to all these developments. What does it mean for eDiscovery in practice? How can technology help us stay ahead of and solve problems? Because
we have so much technology at our disposal: smart search with machine learning, automatic anonymization and much more. Why don't we apply these techniques on a larger scale? And how can we ensure that this indispensable technology is used more?
