Todd serves as Managing Director at Access Sciences, a Houston-based information management and technology consulting firm. He has over 25-years of leadership experience in human resources, organizational behavior, and change management. His background includes international company expansion and implementing growth and change strategies.  He has architected client solutions for state government and Fortune 100 and 500 companies in retail, customer care, energy, and information technology markets. Beginning in 2014, Todd served on the Board of Directors for ARMA Houston in multiple Vice President roles and as President, and is currently involved in the International Coaching Federation. Todd received his BA in Psychology from Austin College and completed graduate studies in organizational behavior for an Executive and Professional Coaching certification from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Lisa Cromwell
Access Sciences

Lisa is a Principal with Access Sciences Corporation.  She has over 30 years of business experience, with a career covering lifecycles related to manufacturing, information technology, and information management.  Since 2006, she has partnered with clients to deliver program assessments, strategic plans and roadmaps, change management strategies, policies, retention schedules, data map development, and taxonomies in support of information governance initiatives. She has delivered client solutions in the energy industry, finance, media, retail, local and state governments, and non-profits. Lisa is a speaker at industry events on topics related to information governance.  Lisa received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.  She is a current graduate student at Rice University’s Jones School of Business.
