Barry Schwartz is highly proficient in discovery and document review matters and holds more than 35 years of legal and business consulting management experience. He oversees BIA’s advisory division and is primarily responsible for providing consulting and advisory services to BIA’s clients. Barry is able to provide experienced, sound insight in multiple areas, including information management, litigation & discovery, document retention and management, regulatory compliance and IT security.

Lisa Prowse, Esq., CEDS
SVP, Legal Services & Document Review

Lisa Prowse holds more than 20 years of experience in document review, with extensive experience in eDiscovery and technology. She oversees BIA’s attorney review team, which includes creating databases, training, establishing protocols, technology-assisted review and ensuring quality and security. She also oversees the review services team, which handles all technical aspects and customization of multiple document review platforms, including Catalyst, Relativity and Reveal.

Charles Duff

As Senior Solutions Architect, Charles Duff works with clients and partners to define the most accurate, efficient and defensible strategy for the use of the advanced analytics Brainspace offers. His efforts in creative problem-solving have led to immense cost savings on hundreds of cases. Previous experience includes his work with Lateral Data where, as Director, Partner Strategy and Support, he managed the SaaS and software support of Viewpoint eDiscovery Solution. He also worked with Digital Legal Services in Houston, TX, where he served as Director of Productions.

Mark MacDonald, CEDS
SVP of Business Development

Mark oversees BIA’s business development. With over a decade of experience in the eDiscovery industry, he has extensive knowledge in all areas of data management, including data preservation strategies, computer forensics investigations, advanced data analysis, managed attorney review and building tailored eDiscovery solutions for law firms and corporate legal departments. In addition to leading BIA’s business development, Mark also manages client contract negotiations and is responsible for high-level account management for BIA’s clientele. He is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).
