Marc Zamskyoffers nearly twenty years of experience architecting, marketing and delivering comprehensive discovery solutions and legal staffing services. As COO, Marc applies a strong record of building profitable markets through strategic planning, organic business development and operational efficiency. He guides the firm’s strategic growth, defining processes and workflows to deliver the highest standards of quality and customer service. Marc serves as Compliance’s champion to advance innovative approaches for cost control and data management, including predictive coding and technology-assisted review. A particular area of expertise lies in integrating technology, analytics, and project management best practices to deliver comprehensive solutions to corporate legal departments and outside counsel. He also leads Compliance’s channel strategy, spearheading strategic alliances to provide single-source access to kCura Relativity and Mindseye TunnelVision, among other tools. Marc is no stranger to developing a highly technical and entrepreneurial environment. Prior to joining Compliance, he was a founding member, partner and shareholder at TrustPoint International, an Excelerate Discovery company. Earlier, he served in senior leadership roles for Hudson Legal and Update Legal. During his career, he has worked with most of the Fortune 500 companies and the majority of the AmLaw 200 law firms. Prior to joining the legal solutions and outsourcing industry, Marc practiced law as a commercial litigation attorney in Philadelphia for nearly five years. He earned his B.A. from Penn State University and received his J.D. cum laude from Temple Law School, where he served as a member of the Law Review and Moot Court team. Marc is also proud to serve as a member of The Sedona Conference, Working Group Series, WG1. He is based in Philadelphia, PA, and he also spends considerable time with family in Houston, TX.
Mary Mack, CEDS, CISSP
Mary Mack, Esq., CEDS, CISSP is the executive director of The Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) and is known as an eDiscovery leader and pioneer. Mack authored the very first book on the field, A Process of Illumination: The Practical Guide to Electronic Discovery. Her follow-up book, eDiscovery for Corporate Counsel published by Thomson Reuters, co-edited with Carole Basri, is now in its eighth edition. Mack has pioneered processes, helped build the global eDiscovery community and written articles and posts that have helped build the industry. She is widely known for her technical expertise, and has served as product counsel and subject matter expert. She is an internationally recognized speaker and frequently sought after for her expert opinion on the complex issues facing our industry and the people in it. Mack was just recently honored with Relativity’s Stellar Woman in eDiscovery nomination and was included in a book as one of “100 Fascinating Females Fighting Cyber Crime” by Cyber Ventures.
