Mary Mack is a long-time industry expert with over 25 years of experience and leadership to her credit. Under her leadership, ACEDS furthers its commitment of building an international community of e-discovery practitioners for the exchange of training, certification, professional development and networking. Mack is known for her strength in relationship and community building, as well as for the depth of her e-discovery knowledge. Before joining ACEDS, Mary was the Enterprise Technology Counsel for ZyLAB, a global eDiscovery and Intelligent Information Governance software company focused on helping organizations insource eDiscovery to reduce legal spend and prevent privacy breaches and IP leakage. Prior to eDiscovery, Mary designed, coded, tested and maintained mission critical enterprise systems for banks, health insurers and pharmaceutical companies. Certified in eDiscovery, security, access and identity management, forensics and computer telephony, Mary is admitted to the Illinois bar and a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law. Mary is the author of A Process of Illumination: The Practical Guide to Electronic Discovery and the co-editor of Thomson Reuters West’s eDiscovery for Corporate Counsel.
Tiana Van Dyk

As the Manager of eDiscovery and Litigation Support, Tiana has extensive experience developing in-house policies and procedures to streamline eDiscovery and control costs. She works closely with clients to facilitate all aspects of eDiscovery, while finding creative solutions to manage the various phases of document production. Her analytical approach provides a solid foundation for clients to realize success in their eDiscovery projects. Tiana's expertise in the field of eDiscovery includes international presentations on application of technology across litigation matters and building eDiscovery strategy, and she is considered among her peers to be an expert in the field. Tiana is a member of EDRM and works with other industry leaders to develop tools that allow firms, corporations and departments to assess and improve their eDiscovery portfolio. Tiana completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology in Mind Sciences at the University of Calgary. She spent many years translating her love of sports into coaching elite level male and female hockey. Away from the office, she enjoys running, camping and cooking.

Mike Hamilton is the Director of E-Discovery at Exterro and has been involved in e-discovery for over 5 years. With a legal and business background, Mike is experienced and passionate about creating thoughtful, out-of-the-box educational resources that help keep legal teams interested and on top of emerging need to know e-discovery issues. Mike graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.
