Jodi Webber is a driven, competent, leader who excels in sales, management, and financial analysis. She created, staffed, and operated a multi-million dollar wholesale manufacturing business, as well as spin-off retail company. She has also managed a national sales force while developing and maintaining key account relationships.

In her current position at Ricoh USA she is responsible for business and revenue development for the Western United States in a full service offering of Information Governance Solutions. The solutions include information governance software, consulting, SAAS, eDiscovery, legal hold, retention, GDPR, public records, risk, security, compliance and data management. The Ricoh offering gives enterprise transparency to our corporate and government partners for both access and insight to their data repositories resulting in impressive ROI's.

Jodi Webber resides in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband and two boys. They spend a lot of time at school functions including the boy’s baseball, basketball and volleyball games.

Chris Henrichsen
Risk/Litigation Counsel

Chris has been National Coordinating Counsel for Discount Tire since 1998 as an attorney in private practice. He recently joined Discount Tire as the Risk/Litigation Counsel. He is responsible for managing risk and litigation for the Company. Chris also participates in product liability and negligence litigation matters nationwide on behalf of Discount Tire.

Chris is a graduate of Arizona State University (1985) as an Aeronautical Engineering Technology graduate. Upon graduation, he worked as a Flight Test Engineer for the Lockheed Skunk Works. He returned to college and received his law degree from the University of Arizona (1990). He is Board-Certified in the State of Arizona for Personal Injury and Wrongful Death. He also is a Member of ABOTA, PLAC and IADC.

Chris has 5 daughters, Tiffany, Alexa, Meghan, Taylor and Emilie. Tiffany is a Mom and student at Northern Arizona University. Taylor and Meghan are both attending Arizona State University. Alexa is at University of Arizona. Emilie is a Junior at Desert Vista High School. They also two Grandsons, Bishop Piper Vance and Thatcher Vernon Davis Vance.

Pamela and Chris enjoy their children, travel, sports and the outdoors. Pamela is an accomplished photographer who volunteers for Arizona Highways Magazine workshops throughout the US. Chris is a licensed pilot who enjoys general aviation in his spare time.
