Kevin Treuberg is the Director of Forensic Services at CDS. Kevin has over 20 years’ experience, including work as a Counterintelligence Special Agent and Computer Investigator with the US Army. Over those 20 years, Kevin has accumulated over 650 hours of computer forensics and computer security training in both the private and public sectors in addition to over 1,000 hours of counterintelligence and investigations training. Kevin is responsible for day to day management of the Forensic Services Group and supervises a team of forensic investigators. He is also responsible for process improvements, R & D, design, and maintenance of our computer forensics lab. Kevin provides extensive internal and external consulting on technology matters relating to data collection, evidence preservation, litigation management, and computer forensics. Finally, Kevin has be previously certified by the courts as an Expert Witness due to testimony for the following matter: Heroflon USA Corp. v. Smith et al., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Union County, Docket No.: UNN‐C‐000005‐14.
