As Microsoft continues to enjoy success and momentum building market share with their Office 365 offering, many e-discovery vendors are making bold claims related to the depth of their integrations. In order to cut through some of the hype and confusion, in this session we’ll walk through the various stages of the E-Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and highlight how Exterro’s Office 365 integration complements the capabilities of Office 365, resulting in higher productivity, decreased risk, and significant cost reduction opportunities.

Joe Mulenex

Joe Mulenex is Director of Solution Engineering at Exterro where, as a member of Sales Department, he heads up a team of solution consultants and subject matter experts that work directly with Exterro's clients to identify needs and the appropriate solutions for their E-Discovery and Information Governance programs. Joe has extensive experience in e-discovery, having provided service to both corporate and law firm clients in managing multiple e-discovery projects over the last decade. Joe has served has a Special Master in multiple cases and lead the discovery work for one of the parties in the largest litigation in US history, Deepwater Horizon. His experience includes digital forensics, ESI processing and analysis and managed review. Prior to beginning his e-discovery career, Joe had over 20 years experience in Information Technology from operations to analysis to application development.

Mary Mack

Mary is known for her skills in relationship and community building as well as for the depth of her e-discovery knowledge. Frequently sought out by media for comment on industry issues, she has spoken at venues including Gartner Symposium, the American Bar Association International Law Committee, the Association of Corporate Counsel annual conference, and others. Mary is the author of A Process of Illumination: The Practical Guide to Electronic Discovery, considered by many to be the first popular book on e-discovery. She is the co-editor of the Thomson Reuters West treatise, eDiscovery for Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining ACEDS, Mary most recently served in a leadership role for ZyLab, a global provider of e-discovery and intelligent information governance software. Before that, she was with Fios, Inc. a provider of e-discovery services to Fortune 1,000 corporations and major law firms. A member of the Illinois State Bar, Mary received her bachelor’s degree from Le Moyne College and her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
