Bruce S. Markowitz, ECMP, ERMP, IGP is Vice President of eDiscovery for the Legal Services Division of Evolver, Inc. In this capacity he leads all aspects of the division, including operations, project management, finance, technology development, and business development.
Prior to joining Evolver, Bruce was the Director of Practice Technology and Information Governance with McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP for nearly ten years where he directed, managed, and oversaw all litigation support, docket, and information governance operations across twelve offices. He has had a long career with international law firms leading litigation practice support teams and as a frequent speaker, panelist and member for professional organizations and conferences.
Bruce is a certified Enterprise Content Management Practitioner (ECMP); Enterprise Record Management Practitioner (ERMP), and Information Governance Practitioner (IGP). His professional activities include: Litigation Support Managers, Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM), ILTA, National Docketing Association, Georgetown Law's e-Discovery Practice Support Distance Learning Committee, Member Information Governance Initiative, and Compliance, Governance & Oversight Council.
Jeff Snyder | Director of Software Development | Evolver, Inc.
Jeff Snyder is the Director of Software Development for Evolver, Inc. In this role he leads the technology development team in building custom solutions for our clients. In addition, his team has created and maintains our proprietary software tools, XLerator for reviewing, redacting, and producing native Microsoft Excel files, PMcontrol for project management, and SDreview for reviewing structured data.
Jeff has more than a decade of experience in IT project management, technical development, and software development. His expertise includes custom software development, database design, litigation support system design, and systems integration. He utilizes technology to provide real world custom solutions.
Prior to his current role, Jeff served as the software development lead for Evolver on the United States 2010 Census project where he was responsible for writing software, coordinating data, databases, and central repositories.
Before Evolver, Jeff was the Director of Professional Services for a document management solutions company with a focus on customizing their COTS products to meet the unique needs of clients.
His recent speaking engagements have included Legal Tech West and CA World. Jeff received a Bachelor's in Business Information Technologies from Virginia Tech.
