Some people believe that the written word will eventually be replaced by multi-media, and we are seeing more audio and video files in eDiscovery sets. Where will you find these files, and how will you review them?  Are you including social media, surveillance cameras, customer support call recordings, and other non-text data sources in your production requests? Chris Dale of the eDisclosure Information Project will moderate a discussion about this ever-more-prevalent challenge.

  • Ensure potential evidence is included in your data set.
  • Identify non-conventional sources of discoverable data.
  • Incorporate specialized technologies to protect admissibility.
  • Maintain your proven workflows while incorporating new data types.
