Joe Alonzo | President
Joe Alonzo is the Director of E-Discovery and Computer Forensics at Glenmont Group. Since 2009, he has helped dozens of large law firms and litigation service providers identify and onboard elite talent, both domestically and internationally.

Daniel Torba | Vice President & Membership Co-Chair
Daniel Torba is the Manager of E-Discovery Services for the US Region of Freshfields, which is among the largest law firms in the world. In this role, he consults on best use of available technologies and e-discovery best practices, and provides guidance on defensible collection methodologies, optimized ESI processing and review workflows.

Michael Landau | Vice President & Membership Co-Chair
Michael Landau serves as a trusted advisor to law firms, corporations and government agencies preparing for litigation, helping them to minimize risk exposure and costs related to e-discovery and document review. He focuses on litigation technology and e-discovery solutions, including information governance, records and document management. Mr. Landau is also the Vice President of Professional Development of the ARMA Northern New Jersey Chapter

In addition Michael is the VP of Professional Development of the ARMA NNJ Chapter. He is a frequent speaker and educator on IG, RIM, ECM, Legal Hold, Predictive Coding, eDiscovery and related subjects. Brad Schaffel, CEDS | Vice President & Education Co-Chair
Brad Schaffel is the Litigation Support Manager for the New York office of Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr, LLP. With more than 20 years of experience, he has been successful in building a department of top-tier individuals who act as in-house legal technology consultants, project managers and technicians. Mr. Schaffel is also an adjunct professor for Bryan University and is a member of numerous professional organizations including the International Legal Technology Association and the East Coast Association of Litigation Support Managers.

Joseph C. Bartolo, JD | Vice President & Education Co-Chair
Joseph C. Bartolo is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for JURISolutions, a women-owned professional services provider. An experienced consultative sales professional and a former litigator, he has experience working on complex mass tort cases, and has successfully argued appeals before the New York State Appellate Division. He is also a former working group leader in the EDRM organization.

Maribel Rivera | Director of Marketing
Maribel Rivera is the Marketing and Operations Manager at the Information Governance Initiative. She is responsible for the IGI’s marketing efforts including brand management, public relations and events, and oversees the organization’s day-to-day operations. This includes developing and maintaining business relationships and partnerships that would benefit the members of the IGI Community. She formerly served as the Vice President of Marketing and Events at The Cowen Group, and has been recognized for her outstanding professional achievements by a number of organizations, including the FIERCE Woman Organization.

Lauren DePinto, CEDS | Secretary/Treasurer
Lauren DePinto is a litigation support professional at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, where she formerly worked as a litigation paralegal. She began her career in 2001 as a legal assistant with the Staten Island Legal Defense Services, in the Richmond County Criminal Court. At Stroock, Ms. DePinto guides attorneys and paralegals through the processes involved in all stages of e-discovery.

Adam Lew is a thirteen year veteran of the electronic discovery and litigation support industry. Adam currently serves as the Manager of Litigation Support at Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman LLP.  In addition to the management of personnel, Adam continues to oversee projects and is responsible for the evaluation, testing and purchase of software.
