Chris Dix, CEDS | President
Chris Dix is an e-discovery attorney and member of the law firm of Smith, Hulsey & Busey. Chris practices in the area of complex commercial litigation. His experience includes litigation of disputes involving contracts, real property, estates and trusts, fraudulent transfers, mechanics liens, corporate control and business entities.

Chris also advises clients regarding compliance with e-discovery rules, resolution of e-discovery disputes and solutions for reducing the burden and expense of litigation involving electronic evidence.

Suzanne Clark, CEDS | Vice President & Membership Chair
Suzanne Clark is a lawyer in Jacksonville who, before concentrating her practice in e-discovery, practiced commercial litigation and education law. Ms. Clark is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association where she serves on the Board as Vice President of Events, and the Atlanta and Charlotte Chapters of Women in E-Discovery (WiE).

Matt Detzel | Treasurer
Matt Detzel is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group of Akerman, LLP. He practices in the areas of business litigation and appeals. Matt has represented sophisticated businesses and individuals in a variety of matters including contract disputes, enforcement of negotiable instruments, and suits involving intellectual property licensing and trade secret protection. He has also defended clients in regulatory compliance matters brought by local, state and federal government bodies as well as tort actions brought by market competitors claiming fraud, tortious interference, unfair competition, and conversion.

Megan Kelberman | Sponsorship/Programming Chair
Megan Kelberman is an associate in Gunster’s Jacksonville office, where her commitment to excellence is matched only by her energy and enthusiasm. She joined Gunster in 2013, after graduating second in her class from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Megan represents clients in a variety of matters, with a focus on complex commercial litigation. Recently, she achieved a significant victory for her client in the Fifth District Court of Appeal of Florida, having drafted a winning brief regarding contractual attorney’s fees.

Lisa Gilbert | Marketing Chair
Lisa Gilbert is litigation support counsel to Fidelity National Financial. Lisa holds a variety of roles pertaining to the legal and technical aspects involved in litigation support and eDiscovery. She is an eDiscovery project manager working directly with internal and external counsel, she works with Fidelity’s technical vendors, she performs searches as well as document review, and she oversees a department of Fidelity’s India team.
