James Bickley, CEDS, Chapter President | Director | Navigant Disputes & Investigations
Director in Navigant’s Disputes & Investigations division, he brings more than 14 years of extensive experience advising corporations, law firms and government entities in matters involving e-discovery, forensics, data breach and cyber security, application development, predictive coding, discovery management, in addition to all phases of information lifecycle management. A CEDS, he has experience across the entire spectrum of the e-discovery process, from document collection to the defense of privilege logs, and all steps in between. He regularly advises clients on e-discovery and privacy related issues, including negotiating with opposing counsel and government investigators concerning the preservation of structure and unstructured data, search and data analytics, early case assessment (ECA), processing and production of electronically stored information (ESI), records and information management, technology issues, cost considerations, ethical issues, and the use of advanced technologies and computer forensics as investigative tools.

Jon focuses his practice on complex litigation and is Chair of the Hogan Lovell’s Electronic Information Group, which oversees U.S. and cross-border electronic discovery and information management. He has represented U.S. and multinational clients from a variety of industries in U.S. state and federal trial and appellate courts in numerous jurisdictions; in arbitrations and mediations, including AAA, ICDR and JAMS; and in administrative proceedings and investigations, including before the U.S. FTC, U.S. DoJ, U.S. SEC, U.S. TTAB, WIPO, and several state attorneys general.

Todd Eastman, Chapter Vice President | VP of Business Development & Partnerships | Logik
Vice President of Business Development & Partnerships at Logik, he is responsible for driving new revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships. Since 2007, Todd has helped build Logik into one of the industry leaders. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
