The CEDS Online Exam Prep Seminar is the ultimate tool to guide you through all the steps of the e-discovery process and prepare you for the CEDS Certification exam. This seminar consists of three online webinar sessions taught by Helen Bergman Moure, CEDS. Each session will follow the CEDS Certification Exam Prep Manual and include practice questions with time allotted for live questions from attendees. The CEDS Exam Prep Seminar covers topics including project planning, litigation hold implementation, data culling, collection, review, ethics and more.

Helen Bergman Moure, CEDS | Principal | Lex Aperta | Seattle
Principal of Lex Aperta in Seattle, which offers comprehensive e-discovery legal advice and consulting, Helen Bergman Moure has been a commercial litigator in federal and state court for more than 24 years. Since 1999, she has devoted her practice to efficient, cost-effective e-discovery and document review services to clients ranging from entrepreneurs to Fortune 100 corporations. Previously, as a partner at K&L Gates in Seattle, she helped found the firm’s e-Discovery Analysis and Technology (e-DAT) Group and develop the Patterns document review software created by Attenex, now owned by FTI. She is very experienced in structuring and supervising projects involving all aspects of discovery, from custodian identification and retention to collection, processing, review, and post-production litigation support. Helen has served as an expert witness in both state and federal court actions, and advises public and private organizations on litigation readiness and in designing and implementing document retention systems. She is a frequent speaker on e-discovery and actively participates in a variety of industry organizations, including serving on the advisory board of ACEDS.
