ACEDS, the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists, is participating in Canada’s leading eDiscovery educational event, Technology in Practice, Nov 2-4, 2016 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto, Ontario.
Technology in Practice is hosted by Commonwealth Legal, a division of Ricoh, Canada and supported by technology partners and fellow industry experts. The event is well known and well respected for its educational rigor and networking. The educational sessions will focus on trend forward technical topics, Canadian and international issues and other topics bringing value to our organizations and clients.
ACEDS will provide a scholarship for an attendee for a full package of training, certification and membership to be awarded by the Conference Committee. Conference attendees will also have the opportunity to register for ACEDS programs and certification at a substantial discount. Mary Mack will address questions about ACEDS and the path to certification.
“I had the pleasure of working with Karen Brookman on one of my first Canadian eDiscovery projects. I am humbled to be invited to address Canada’s leading eDiscovery experts at TiP. I will be learning far more than my contribution,” said Mary Mack.
I wanted a certification that separates me from my peers. Upon discovering CEDS, I was convinced this was exactly the type of distinction I had been seeking. Since achieving CEDS certification, I’ve noticed immediate recognition from my organization, colleagues, and current and prospective clients. They acknowledge they are more comfortable working with a person who has taken time to seek such certification. CEDS has certainly been worth the small investment and should continue to beget returns for years and years to come.
