NEW YORK CITY – Sept. 13, 2012 – Business Intelligence Associates, Inc. The free digital event entitled “Certifiable! Certification and the eDiscovery Professional,” will discuss certification and its impact on the eDiscovery and litigation support professions and will take place on September 20, 2012 at 1pm EDT.

Alvin Lindsay is a Miami partner of the international law firm of Hogan Lovells. Mr. Lindsay has litigated in US Federal courts, State courts, and International courts of arbitration for nearly two decades.
