It’s hard not to see the latest incident about customers’ private information having been shared via a production by Wells Fargo without thinking “that could have been me.” The truth is that keeping up with ediscovery is hard, even for lawyers who practice in it full time. In this session, Kelly Twigger, Principal at ESI Attorneys, columnist at Above the Law and the Creator of eDiscovery Assistant, will talk with Mary Mack about the online tool she’s created to help lawyers and legal professionals be on top of legal strategy in ediscovery. We’ll take a look at eDiscovery Assistant and its features and answer your questions about ediscovery education. Please join us and add your voice to the discussion of how to make sure those Wells Fargo moments are in the rear view mirror.
