Chris Dix will give an overview of recent court decisions involving eDiscovery while focusing on implications of project management activities as well as trends that have developed post Rule 26 Amendment. Chris will address how the concept of proportionality has changed the way eDiscovery projects are approached. Finally, Chris will touch on the upcoming change to Federal Rule of Evidence 902 and its implications.

Olga Malosh will moderate the panel discussion on eDiscovery project management that will include a corporate eDiscovery professional, a contract review project manager, and a law firm eDiscovery practitioner. The goal of the panel discussion is to highlight the value that project management activities bring to its clients during each phase of the EDRM. The panelists will share best practices and discuss balancing risks and cost efficiency.
