Predictive Coding and Technology Assisted Review like eDiscovery itself have become mainstream in any litigation practice. But Artificial Intelligence (AI) has a much larger tool-set which can also be used for the modern legal practice dealing with large data volumes.
In this webinar, Johannes Scholtes (ZyLAB) will show how various other AI-techniques can increase efficiency and automation in many different legal fact finding missions. Luc van Daele (Legadex) and Harm Bavinck (Wolters-Kluwer Effacts) will use practical cases to illustrate how AI accelerates the speed and efficiency of legal processes such as:
• Litigation & Arbitration (eDiscovery).
• Contract and document in-take, review and analysis in relation to due diligence in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Fraud and internal investigations.
• FOIA and Public Records disclosures.
• Auto-redaction for data protection.
• And many other Legal fact finding missions.
