About the presenter:

Dave Swider | Sr. Consultant, Professional Services | IPRO

Dave Swider has more than 30 years of experience in the litigation support industry and has worked at firms, service providers and software companies.  His experience dates back to paper based discovery, has evolved through the earliest days of electronic discovery and, for the last 13 years, he’s worked in and around content and concept based search tools, including 7 years at an early.  In the early 2000s, he was an early member of Syngence, who created one of the first near duplicate identification products, as well as Linguistic Pattern Matching search tools that were integrated into Ipro Viewer.  Prior to joining Ipro, Dave served as a trainer and consultant at a national service provider.  As part of his responsibilities there, he consulted with teams to build effective document review workflows by applying advanced search, categorization and identification tools to reduce not only the number of documents reviewed, but the overall cost of review as well..  Dave has been a CLE presenter in the California and Washington state speaking on Analytics tools and best practices for application.
