Both mainstream and industry news these days is chock full of stories about data breaches, privilege goof-ups, ransomware attacks, spoliation and general incompetence in technology.  If you don’t want to be the next headline on LegalTech News, you should attend this webinar!  We’ll be tackling these issues head-on with an exciting panel discussion on Ethics in eDiscovery with Becky Sullwold (Polaris Industries); Mary Novacheck (Bowman and Brooke); and Marc Zamsky (Compliance Discovery Solutions).  They’ll discuss general ethical concerns, confidentiality and competency requirements, recent cases and blunders and how law firms, corporations and eDiscovery partners can work together to prevent the worst-case scenario.
